The Taylor Acousti-Lok™ (MN272) is specifically designed for Taylor Guitars with a 9 Volt Expression System Battery Box. I really liked the Mighty Mite locking strap system. Unfortunately, MM did not survive covid. However, you can go to boat/marine stores and get basically the same system (and even significantly cheaper than the MM system was) by buying the nub and snap system used by boaters to secure tarps over their boats. The nubs screw into the end and heel of the guitar, and the snap screws onto the ends of the guitar strap. Once the strap is snapped on, it is virtually impossible (up to 100 mph winds!) for it to cut loose except by pulling up the release mechanism. It is simple, easy, attractive and, best of all, very effective. BTW, in my view whoever came up with the idea of the combined endpin-jack-input deserves some kind of (just being civil, constructive and on-topic here…) retribution. Talk about the worst of both worlds!
