Acoustic Guitar Presents Ron Jackson FB Live Takeover with Mimi Fox and Paul Mehling

Acoustic Guitar is hosting another Facebook Live event with Ron Jackson and special guests Friday, Aug. 28.

Join us at 7PM (PT)/10PM (ET) for a live performance and Q&A hosted by NY 7-string guitarist Ron Jackson, with special guests Mimi Fox and Paul Mehling. The one-hour event is free and can be re-watched, or watched later, at any time. Those who watch live can interact with the artists and other audience members via chat in real time. This is Jackson’s second FB Live event with Acoustic Guitar.

Jackson has been a regular contributor to Acoustic Guitar for the past six years, and also contributed to AG instructional books, including Chords At Your Fingertips. He specialized in 7-string guitar and jazz, and is a charismatic performer and educator. He has regularly hosted FB live sessions since before the pandemic.

Mimi Fox is a critically acclaimed jazz guitarist. She often applies her virtuosic playing and tasteful arrangements to other genres, including pop and Americana. She’s also an educator and author of multiple guitar instruction books.

Paul Mehling is the founder and lead guitarist of the Hot Club of San Francisco, specializing in Gypsy jazz styles. He is an Acoustic Guitar contributor and in-demand educator.
