Sponsored by Fender:
Last year, Fender revolutionized the way guitar is played with the launch of the American Acoustasonic Telecaster. Building off this innovation success story, the Acoustasonic Stratocaster was created and released in March of 2020, redefining the sonic territories where acoustic meets electric. As a celebration of the Acoustasonic Strat, Fender has partnered with several artists across multiple genres that are showcasing the new possibilities of what they can create with this new addition to the Acoustasonic line.
The latest video features LA based session/ touring musician and producer Brandon Walters. From folky flatpicking to soulful rock riffs, Brandon Walters of Lord Huron dials in the earthy tone of a Mahogany Americana Dreadnought before switching over to a Dirty Electric setting for that classic Strat sound.

Since then he’s toured extensively with a slew of singer-songwriters including Joshua Radin, Cary Brothers, Tristan Prettyman among others. He’s also produced tracks for Joshua Radin and been a session musician on albums for artist such as Ingrid Michaelson, Erin McCarley and Joshua Radin. Brandon currently plays guitar in the up-and-coming indie rock band Lord Huron (www.strangetrails.com). He also co-fronts the Los Angeles based indie folk-pop band My Name is You.
