The Northern California-based band the Brothers Comatose infuse their upbeat brand of Americana with lots of twang, a dash of wit, and a splash of surrealism. Their new album is City Painted Gold (Swamp Jam).

Recently, the bandmembers stopped by to perform three songs from their new album, including  “Brothers,” “Angeline,” and “Knoxville Foxhole.”

Look for the Brothers Comatose on April 29 at MerleFest in Wilkesboro, North Carolina, and on the road throughout the spring and summer. Check the complete dates here.
